Bill Graham has practiced law in Des Moines since 1977, representing businesses, farming operations and individuals involved in a wide range of disputes and transactions throughout Iowa. In helping his clients solve problems and achieve desired results, Bill provides years of experience and expertise in multiple legal disciplines.
Bill maintains an extensive trial practice arguing cases before judges and juries across the state of Iowa in both state and federal courts. Throughout his career, it has been his privilege to vigorously and successfully advocate for clients involved in a wide spectrum of cases, from complex business and commercial disputes to personal injury and professional liability claims, as well as employment, construction, product liability, family law and estate and trust litigation.
Bill is a Fellow of the American College of Trial Lawyers, the Iowa Academy of Trial Lawyers, Litigation Counsel of America, and the American Bar Foundation, and he has been inducted into the American Board of Trial Advocates.
Outside the trial arena, Bill counsels clients on legal issues involving corporate, business and personal matters. He enjoys valued and long-standing relationships with individuals and business clients who rely on his guidance, advice and representation in corporate, transactional, personal and family matters.
Bill also serves as Chancellor of the Episcopal Diocese of Iowa. In that capacity, he advises the Bishop and diocesan leadership on a broad range of legal issues.
