Bill Graham maintains an extensive trial practice, arguing cases before judges and juries in both state and federal courts. Throughout his career, it has been his privilege to advocate for clients involved in a wide spectrum of cases, from complex business and intellectual property disputes to personal injury and professional liability claims, as well as employment, product liability, family law and estate and trust litigation.
Bill is a fellow of the American College of Trial Lawyers and the Iowa Academy of Trial Lawyers, is listed in the Best Lawyers of America and has been inducted into the American Board of Trial Advocates.
Outside the trial arena, Bill regularly represents and advises clients on legal and transactional issues involving corporate, business and personal matters.
