On the business side, Kayla assists clients in entity organization, administration, governance, real estate, and reorganization. Kayla’s goal is to be beside you every step of the way, from formation of the business, to structuring the business to protect against future needs, to guiding through a merger or acquisition, to helping you pass your business along to the next generation.
